Shipping Policy
All items are shipped within 3-4 weeks or less unless communicated otherwise. Allow 2-4 business days for items to arrive once they have shipped. Items are shipped via UPS and a tracking number is provided. ground shipping is used for shipping all items but there is no guarantee order will arrive in 2 days. Delayed shipping may occur with the carrier.
Return & Exchange Policy
All items are made custom. A preview email is sent prior to final item being completed for approval. There are no changes, returns or refunds on any items once item is approved.
